Hills of Austin — Morning Edition
Pre-work hilly road loop from the Rapha Austin Clubhouse, tackling the city's toughest climbs before sunrise with coffee waiting at the finish.
The vibe
Climbs before the office
Austin doesn’t have a reputation as a climber’s city, but Rapha’s Wednesday morning ride goes looking for whatever elevation the hill country west of downtown has to offer. It’s a 25-mile loop that packs in real climbing before most of the city has had its first coffee.
Starting and finishing at the Rapha Austin Clubhouse means there’s a proper coffee stop waiting at the end, not just a parking-lot goodbye — worth lingering for if your schedule allows it. The pre-work timing keeps the group moving with purpose; this isn’t a ride for lengthy regroups mid-route.
If Wednesday mornings don’t work, Rapha also runs an evening edition of the same route — same climbs, different light.
