Belgian Waffle Ride’s expansion into Mexico brings the format to Querétaro’s hacienda country, part of the brand’s Quad-Tripel Crown of Gravel series. Three distances split the field by ambition: the 180+ km Waffle for the pro/advanced crowd on gravel bikes only, the 100+ km Wafer open to gravel or MTB, and the 50+ km Wanna as a beginner-friendly entry point.
The terrain shifts constantly — smooth hacienda paths give way to rugged, climb-heavy inroads through Querétaro’s mix of natural and urban landscape, a very different flavor from BWR’s California and North Carolina stops.
