Case of the Mondays
Monday evening road ride out of Englewood — 27 miles at 15-18 mph, group-friendly pace, and a brewery finish at Sanitas. Best cure for the start of the week.
The vibe
Monday blues, cured by miles
The name says it all. When Monday hits hard, the prescription is a 27-mile group ride through Englewood finishing at a brewery. The pace sits in the 15–18 mph range — fast enough to feel like a real ride, social enough that you’re not getting dropped on your work week. The group regroups as needed, so you don’t have to sprint to survive.
Road bikes with skinny tires are the norm, but all bikes are welcome. The ride runs roughly 90 minutes and wraps at Sanitas Brewing Co., where post-ride conversation is at least as important as the miles. This is one of those rides that builds a core group of regulars fast.
Updates and weekly reminders come through the Holy Cow Racing Strava Club and a WhatsApp group. If you’ve never done a Holy Cow ride before, this is a great entry point — low-stakes compared to their hammer sessions, high return on good vibes.
