Colorado Front Range Road & Gravel Cycling
No-drop-friendly road and gravel rides across Colorado's Front Range. All ages welcome, strict no-jerks policy, intermediate fitness focus year-round.
The vibe
No jerks, just good rides
This group has a one-line policy that explains everything: no jerks allowed. It’s not about pace — it’s about how you treat the people you’re riding with. Colorado Front Range Road & Gravel Cycling runs no-drop-friendly outings for intermediate riders who want real routes without the ego of a race team. Gravel and trail rides run 10-25 miles; road rides stretch 20-40 miles. Mountain bikes and e-bikes are welcome.
The season runs from late April through November with shorter, less frequent rides in winter for the dedicated year-rounders. Routes cover the full spectrum of what the Front Range offers: urban bike paths, suburban-rural connectors, and proper dirt-and-gravel roads where you can actually feel like you’re out there.
For newcomers, the intermediate fitness focus is honest — you won’t get dropped, but you should be able to turn the pedals for a couple hours without suffering. Show up to a shorter ride first, see how it fits, and go from there.
