The vibe
Any bike, zero pretense
The name says it all: crappy road bikes welcome. This Thursday evening ride out of Greenwood Village DTC is explicitly not about your equipment — it’s about showing up after work, spinning 80% bike path and 20% low-traffic streets at a party pace of 16–17 mph, and actually talking to the people you’re riding with.
True no-drop means true no-drop. There are multiple regrouping points throughout the route, and the pace stays social rather than competitive. The group runs 5:15 PM from Illegal Pete’s DTC — early enough to beat sunset, late enough to feel like the day actually ended before you got on the bike.
Post-ride social follows at nearby venues. Organized by the Colorado Intermediate Road Cycling and Mountain Biking Meetup group, which prioritizes safe riding etiquette and inclusive energy over speed or bike snobbery.
