CSO — Carry Sh*t Olympics — is back for its fifth year, and it’s exactly what it sounds like: a cargo bike competition built around hauling stuff creatively over 24 hours. Riders complete a manifest of tasks across multiple cargo-bike categories, turning grocery runs and errand logic into a genuine sport.
Friday night kicks things off with mini-games at Ladd Circle Park — Slingshot Biathlon, Slow Race, and other events that reward bike-handling skill over raw speed. It’s silly by design, but there’s real cargo-bike community pride underneath the jokes.
