DBTC Highlands Ranch Tour
Twisty, rolling tour of Highlands Ranch with Front Range views, visiting Cheese Ranch Historic Park and Highlands Ranch Mansion with light gravel sections.
The vibe
Rolling views and ranch history
Highlands Ranch has better cycling than it gets credit for, and the DBTC Highlands Ranch Tour makes the case. Starting from Northridge Recreation Center, this 23-mile loop threads through the community’s twisting roads with a Front Range backdrop, stopping at Cheese Ranch Historic Park and the Highlands Ranch Mansion — two spots that most residents drive past without ever stopping.
The terrain is H2/H3 rated, meaning rolling with real hills, and the route incorporates some gravel and singletrack sections that add texture to what might otherwise be a standard neighborhood spin. It’s the kind of ride that rewards local knowledge, which DBTC has been accumulating for over 60 years.
Monthly on Thursdays, departing from Northridge Recreation Center. Check the DBTC calendar for current dates and any registration requirements.
