EBIKETREKS has been running since 2015 and has grown into the largest e-bike community in Northern California. The focus is squarely on paved and packed bike paths — Golden Gate Park, the Marin Headlands, Woodside, Santa Cruz, and other scenic routes where e-bikes shine. Rides cap around 33 miles at 13-19 mph, which keeps things accessible without feeling sluggish.
The group is intentional about exploring new routes. If you’ve already ridden the usual Bay Area circuits, EBIKETREKS is always hunting for fresh terrain across the region. Rides stay on paved or packed surfaces, making them reliable year-round compared to the mud-season closures that affect dirt trails.
