Park Hill Peloton
Year-round group road rides on Tuesdays and Fridays at 6 AM from Cherry Creek path. A and B groups for structured early-morning training rides.
The vibe
Dawn patrol, serious fun
Park Hill Peloton is for riders who believe the best miles happen before most people’s alarm clocks go off. Meeting at the intersection of S. Holly Street and the Cherry Creek path at 6 AM on Tuesdays and Fridays year-round, this ride offers structured group training with A and B pace groups to accommodate different fitness levels. If you want to get faster on the road, this is where the work gets done.
The A group pushes a harder pace and is geared toward experienced riders comfortable in a paceline, while the B group is more moderate but still expects you to hold a steady effort. Both groups ride with purpose — this isn’t a coffee cruise. The Cherry Creek path and surrounding roads provide a reliable route with enough room for group riding, and the early time slot means you can finish, shower, and still make it to work on time.
Newcomers should start with the B group to gauge the pace and get comfortable with group dynamics. Come with a road bike in good working order, front and rear lights for the darker months, and an understanding that 6 AM means wheels rolling at 6 AM — not showing up at 6. The year-round schedule means this ride builds a dedicated community of regulars, and the early-morning suffering has a way of bonding people fast.
