Saturday Wadsworth Worlds
Race-pace Saturday morning ride on the southwest side — 45 miles of hammering with contested KOM segments and a sprint up Chatfield Dam to finish. Serious fun.
The vibe
Southwest Denver's weekly worlds
The southwest side of Denver has its own version of worlds, and it runs every Saturday morning. Forty-five miles of rolling roads with sprints, KOM segments, and a finishing climb up the Chatfield dam hill. The group is race-caliber — this isn’t a social cruise, it’s a structured suffer session that gets people ready for race season and sharp during it.
For riders who don’t want to drive to northern Denver or DIA to join the well-known northern worlds groups, this is the local answer. Same energy, same pace, better commute. An optional Deer Creek climbing extension adds elevation for those who want more.
Updates flow through the Ode to Worlds Facebook Group. Show up ready to work from the start — the “warmup” ends quickly. Bring food, water, and legs that are prepared to be used.
