Not everything Holy Cow does is a beatdown. The Sunday Castle Rock Ride is a deliberate counterpoint — a Zone 2 endurance spin covering 40–60 miles over 2–3 hours at a steady 150–200 watts. The route varies week to week, shared on the day of, and rolls through Castle Rock’s wide southern roads where traffic is light and the views extend to Pikes Peak on a clear morning.
It’s a social ride in the truest sense. The pace is sustainable for most fit riders, making it a good option if you want miles without the suffering of a weekday hammer session. The group stops occasionally and rides with awareness of each other. Hosted in partnership with Groove Subaru.
