Portland International Raceway’s closed, car-free circuit has been hosting Tuesday night racing for years, and it remains one of the most reliable ways to get a hard weeknight effort in without driving far out of town. The course is fast and flat by Portland standards, which makes it a favorite for riders building crit fitness.
